Diversity in the Workplace

The university equality forum has been working with Marshall ACM - a company that specialises in equality and diversity e-learning in higher education - to produce an updated interactive equality and diversity course that can be completed in one hour. It covers the nine protected characteristics including; race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, belief, disability, marriage or civil partnership and pregnancy and maternity.

Accessing the course

  1. Go to the Diversity in the Workplace course
  2. Log in using the following information:
    Username = Your university email address
    Password = solent1

We also have a selection of videos available, which give examples of inappropriate behaviours.
