disability employer_smallThe Disability Confident Employer status is awarded by Jobcentre Plus to recognise organisations who demonstrate a positive commitment to the recruitment, employment, retention and career development of disabled people, ensuring disabled people are treated fairly and have access to the same opportunities as non-disabled people.

The University is proud to have achieved the Disability Confident Employer status level, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring an inclusive and accessible environment for all.

As part of our commitment the University:
