Take part in our Education 2030 hackathon 

As part of the Jisc edtech launchpad programme, student teams from universities and colleges across the UK are invited to join the hackathon at Digifest 2020, which takes place 10-11 March 2020

Jisc is interested to hear how students would like to see innovations in teaching and learning change the student experience in 2030. What are the challenges students face today that they think technology could address?

There’s up to £1,000 in prizes up for grabs, and your accommodation and expenses will be covered. The best ideas may be showcased in the innovation lab in the Jisc Bristol office.

Themes you could explore:

  • Easier to adopt innovative online learning tools, as well as IoT, AI and haptic internet
  • New forms of assessment, feedback and personalised coaching
  • Intelligent learning spaces and personalised learning
  • Holograms
  • Personalised learning environments
  • Chatbots
  • Enhanced teaching tools

Submission deadline: Noon on Monday 10 February 2020.
