Business start-up unit: Developing a marketing strategy (part 2)

Students are welcome to join this unit as an extra. You can choose to do all of the sessions or pick the ones that are of most interest to you. The unit runs every day in semester 1, except on a Tuesday. Mentoring support will be available to help you with your business plan.

Look out on the portal for “business start-up unit” in the title of the different seminars. 

Developing a marketing strategy (part 2) 

  • Developing a digital media strategy.
  • Correct use of digital media for business.
  • Analytics and how to use them.

There are five seminars available: 

  • Monday 13 November, 3-5pm, room JM114.
  • Wednesday 15 November, 2-4pm, room SM114. 
  • Thursday 16 November, 2-4pm, room JM114. 
  • Thursday 16 November, 4-6pm, room JM114. 
  • Friday 17 November, 12-2pm, room JM114. 

Pick and choose one date, you do not need to attend all sessions. 

Please note: This unit is being opened up to all students to gain further knowledge of business start-up and freelancing. It is a non-accredited unit for those students who are not taking this as part of their degree course.
