Installation Instructions

Documents about how to connect and register on the Student Residences Network (Resnet) should have been provided as part of your welcome pack (USB memory stick). 

If you did not receive one or have lost it then the Resnet configuration documents are available via the following links:

Configuration for Windows Vista and Windows 7

Configuration for Windows 2000 and Windows XP

Configuration for Apple Mac OS X

Configuration Overview for Other Operating Systems

If you do not follow the above instructions correctly, especially the sections on configuring any web browsers on your computer then you will not be able to access the Internet.

To view pdf files you need to have Adobe Reader™ installed, Adobe Reader™ is available free from the Adobe web site.
