Academic Appeals

When you receive your assessment results you may not always feel the decision is correct. You can query this with your faculty and in certain circumstances ask that the decision is reviewed.

Student Complaints

The Student Complaint Procedure provides students with a means by which they may have their complaint(s) addressed if they are dissatisfied with and wish to complain about the services provided by Southampton Solent University Faculties or Services or complain about University staff.  The various stages of the Procedure are detailed in the procedure below.


Student Academic Misconduct
