Services for Solent Graduate Network
Subscriber Membership
Alumni and the members of the Solent Graduate Network are entitled to Subscriber Membership of the Mountbatten Library.
The annual subscription for Subscriber Membership for new members of the Solent Graduate Network has been waived for the first year of membership.
Benefits of Subscriber Membership include:

Annual subscription at 50% of the normal rate. Current rates are £25.00 to members of the public and £12.50 to alumni

Borrow up to 4 books at a time, excluding titles in heavy demand by current students that are on 1 or 7 day loan

Free reference access to our electronic catalogue and printed collections, including newspapers, journals, reference works and text books.

Entitlement to a fee based enquiry service whereby a librarian would spend time in finding information for you.

There are licence restrictions for networked databases and other electronic resources and these can therefore only be used by staff and currently registered students of the University but alumni and other visitors to the Library are able to access some free electronic resources from the computers on Floor 2A of the Library.
