If you’re interested in placing material on MyCourse for your students, you may want to add links to electronic information. You will need to fill in the Digital Request Form first – one for each extract - and then contact your Information Librarian who will check electronic stock for availability.

Filming Permission Form
If you want to carry out any filming or photography in the library, please fill in this form and bring it to the library as you will need approval from us first. We will issue you with a sticker to indicate permission has been granted but please note that you will also need to get the permission of any students or staff who may be included in your photographs or films.

This form may be used by staff, postgraduates, distance learners or placement students to request the loan of an item (not a photocopy).
Please Note: The new copyright legislation states that the declaration signature stating that the item will not be used for commercial purposes must now be signed at point of request. You may continue to use the ILL form online for loans, but you must use the printable version of the form or the lilac forms available in the library if you are requesting a photocopy. Please make sure you sign the declaration before placing the request.

Please use this form to suggest new books for the Library to consider buying. Suggestions will be reviewed by an Information Librarian to determine if the book will be bought. Each book will be considered in relation to course needs and the existing collection. Due to funding constraints, it may not be possible to buy all suggested books.
