Career background

I have a degree in Public Policy and Administration from Southampton Solent University (or Southampton Institute as it was when I was here) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information and Library Studies from Thames Valley University. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

I worked here as Information Librarian for Social Sciences in the 1990s before leaving to work at the University of Southampton. More recently I was Deputy Librarian at Bournemouth and Poole College.

Outside work I enjoy walking my dogs, socialising with friends and family, following Saints, watching almost any sport and going for very slow runs!
