Christina joined LT at Solent University in late 2011 bringing a variety of experience to the role.

After many years in the travel industry, Christina graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester with a first class honours degree in Multimedia Design.

She worked with Cranfield University at the Defence Academy near Swindon and was involved in developing large interactive applications (e-Defence Writing) for the military that could be accessed globally online. The role was primarily as a multimedia designer; interpreting storyboards, designing page look, structure and navigation and producing supporting illustrations and animations.

She  worked at The University of Northampton for eight years as an e-learning multimedia designer, producing e-learning for the Northampton Business School, developing CD-ROM MBA courseware and externally-funded project websites. An anti-plagiarism course called UNPAC (University of Northampton plagiarism avoidance course), designed and developed by Christina, was recognised as a 2008 Blackboard Exemplary course and was showcased to more than 2000 members of the global e-learning community in Las Vegas.

In Christina’s role as an eLearning Support Officer at Southampton Solent University, she supports tutors in the use of Virtual Learning Environments and provides advice on using other technologies for learning, teaching and assessment.
