My Files
The My Files area allows you to access your network folders or files from any computer via the internet.
Accessing your files
Step 1
Log into the portal. Need help logging in?
Step 2
In the My Apps portlet, which appears along side all of the tabs, hover to open the flyout menu then click on the 'My Files' link.
If you see a page that says 'There is a problem with this website's security certificate' please select the option marked 'Continue to this website' to continue to My Files.
To open a file, double-click on the folder it occurs in, then double click on the document. It will open in a new window.
If you need help with any other aspects of the Net Storage system, click on the 'Help' link in the Net Storage application window.
