Welcome to the Portal for Southampton Solent University. The Portal is your gateway to the University online and offers you access to your email, news, the library and much more.
The main feature of the Portal is that it offers you all of these services in one easily accessible place.

We have transformed the Portal, in order to make it much easier for you to use. Some of the new features include:

Where's everything gone?
Since we've reorganised the pages according to function, you may be wondering where commonly-used pages or functions have been put. As you will see, navigating and finding things has never been easier, but to quickly get the hang of how things have been sorted,try the following:

If you're looking for functions such as email, timetable and phonebook, check the 'My Apps' tab towards the top right of the screen. You'll find a lot of useful utilities there.

If you're searching for links to other University sites, like myCourse or Warsash, the 'Explore Virtual Campus' tab alongside the 'My Apps' tab at the top right of the screen is where you need to look.

Students 1st, links to Official Documents, and contact details for campus-based services (such as Health Advice and Student Finance) can be found in the Support tab in the mega menu. You will find that the other tabs in the mega menu have been sorted in a similar manner, according to function .
