Student Email
Some students have reported that they are having difficulty accessing their student e-mail on the portal when using a Mac. Please note that to resolve this problem it is best to use the Firefox web browser. Firefox is installed on the Macs on campus and is free to download for home use.
You can download the UK English version of the Firefox browser for Windows, Mac OSX or Linux free from Mozilla:

Click on the version you need for your operating system.

You may need to click to agree that you accept the terms and conditions.

Save the file.

Once it has downloaded, run it to install it on your computer.
