EU citizens in UK - advice session with immigration lawyer

Location
University of Southampton
Date(s)
Tuesday 10 September 2019 (18:00-20:00)
Description

Please note change of venue

Due to strong interest we had to find a bigger venue for this event. The info session will take place at the University of Southampton, Building 67, Lecture Theatre 1037.

Address: University Road, Highfield Campus, Southampton, SO17 1BJ.

The EU embassies and the European Commission's office in London invite EU citizens in Southampton to a free information session on EU citizens' rights and Brexit.

An immigration lawyer will provide up-to-date legal information about EU citizens' rights and Brexit, the Settled Status process and what will happen if there is a no-deal Brexit. After the presentation the lawyer will take questions from the audience.

Background: The EU and the European embassies in the UK have been organising similar "Brexit info sessions" with EU citizens across the UK since mid-2018 because EU citizens living, working and studying in the UK are looking for answers to their questions about how Brexit will impact their lives and rights in the UK.
