Work Based Learning (CPU115)
This unit gives you the opportunity to gain experience of working in an organisation, learning about its structure, culture, working practices and business objectives whilst reflecting on what you have learnt from the work experience.
You will be expected to find your own organisation to work for, but help and support will be available.
You must do at least 50 hours of work on your placement. Assessment consists of a portfolio including a learning log, reflective statement and supporting evidence.

Assessment
This unit is assessed in two parts:
10% ‐ a learning log submitted electronically via Turnitin in November
90% ‐ Unit Portfolio, submitted in hard copy in March/April which includes reflective statement and supporting evidence.
