• The full involvement of all its staff, through their representative organisations, and continual improvements in standards of health and safety.

• Could you provide evidence that you and your staff are safe at work?
• Are you sure, and could you demonstrate that you, and your staff have been provided with adequate health & safety training?
• Do you know what your major health & safety risks are and are you sure that you're controlling them in an effective manner?
