Fitness classes

Fitness classes at Solent Sport are varied, exciting and most importantly - fun. We offer a wide range of classes, suitable for people of all abilities and levels of fitness, to stimulate your enjoyment just as much as your muscles. 

Solent Sport classes are open to students and staff, as well as members of the public.

Prices

Gym
  • Fitness classes are included with the gold membership.
  • £3.50 per individual class for casual members.
  • £13 per month with a bronze membership.
  • Staff can pay their membership through payroll.

How to sign up

Download and complete a membership form (also available from Solent Sport reception) and bring it in when you are signing up, or complete it online and email it to solent.sport@solent.ac.uk.

Terms and conditions

All fitness class attendees must wear the appropriate footwear. All classes, apart from yoga and pilates, require trainers to be worn for health and safety reasons.

Classes can be subject to change, and if on the rare occasion classes are changed, we will do our best to call or email those who have booked on. Please book all classes to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be taken both on the phone number below or through emailing us.
