Post

LettersEach student residence varies as to where post is delivered to and collected from.

To collect your post you must remember to bring some form of ID to the office, to prove that you are the named person.

Deanery

If you are a resident in Deanery you can collect your post and parcels from the main reception between the hours of 2pm and 7.30pm.

If you have a package or an item of registered post, then you will receive email notification of its arrival.

Collection at weekends is whenever the office is staffed between 8.30am and 10pm.

Lucia Foster Welch

Parcels can be collected from reception after 2pm and residence assistants will deliver post in the evenings.

Chantry/Hamwic

Post can be collected from the residence office between the hours of 12 noon and 1pm or 5pm and 7pm. If you have a package or an item of registered post, this will be displayed on the white board opposite the office hatch.

Collection at weekends is whenever the office is staffed between 8.30am and 10pm.

Kimber / David Moxon

If you are a resident within these residences you can collect your post from the main reception at your residence between the hours of 2pm and 7.30pm. If you have a package or an item of registered post, then this will be displayed on a list in the office window. 

Emily Davies

Post is available between the hours of 8.30am and 10pm.
