Most student residences have letter boxes for student mail collection. Students will be issued with an individual letter box key and can collect their mail at any time from their designated box. Large parcels will be received at the residence office and students will receive an email notifying them of a parcel to collect. To collect your parcel you must remember to bring some form of ID to the office. to prove that you are the named person.
Please ensure all mail is delivered with the correct room number shown. Replacement letter box keys are charged at £10.00
Collection from individual letterboxes. Large items can be collected from the office whenever a residence team member is there. Please call the site mobile if you need to collect a large item and the office is closed.
Parcels can be collected from reception after 2pm and residence assistants will deliver post in the evenings.
All post is available for collection from the office whenever there is a member of staff in the office.
