How much you pay will depend on what room you're in and the length of contract.
£4,132.50 for standard* period of residence
Standard residence period runs from Thursday 14 September 2017 to Satuday 1 July 2018 (41 weeks and 3 days).
** Extended residence period (limited availability) runs from Thursday 14 September 2017 to Thursday 16 August 2018 (48 weeks).*** There is limited availability on large en-suite and large non en-suite rooms.
Rooms at the Emily Davies student residence vary in price dependent upon the size of the room.
Emily Davies is configured into flats for three or four people and is normally set aside for continuing and postgraduate students, however, there is very limited availability for first year students.

* Standard residence period runs from Thursday 14 September 2017 to Saturday 1 July 2018 (41 weeks and 3 days).
To make life easier, accommodation fees can be spread across the whole year and paid in either three equal installments - normally in October, January and May - or eight equal monthly instalments (paid on the first day of each month, from October to May).
However, if you prefer to get it out of the way, you can pay all your fees in one go before you arrive or when you move in. To pay before you arrive, you can use a credit/debit card. To pay on arrival, you can use a credit/debit card or you can pay in cash.
If you pay all your accommodation fees in one go prior to the contract start date, you'll receive £100 credited to your campus card which can be used to buy food or drink from any of the restaurants or cafés on campus. If you are studying with us for one semester only, you'll receive £50. This offer is not applicable to anyone staying in summer accommodation.
Please note: All students from outside the EU must pay their accommodation fees in full before they move into their room.
