We’ve got a lot more support easily available to you whether you are interested in working for yourself, freelancing, starting your own business – or finding a job.
We’ve updated all our online materials, and Careerboxis a great place for you to access lots of tools and support for your future career.
We've also recently refurbished our Employability and Enterprise Centre.

The Employability and Enterprise team implemented the "Do it now" campaign which consists of the Solent Graduate Associate Programme, the Solent Graduate Development Programme and the Solent Graduate Business Associate Programme offering work experience to Solent’s recent graduates.
For those who offer creative solutions for small businesses and want to work on a real live brief, Solent Creatives offers students the opportunity to work with a range of employers.

Expert advice on careers, employment and business start-ups is available through the redeveloped Employability and Enterprise Centre.
In addition, the new Centre for Student Involvement will help those interested in boosting their employability through enterprise and volunteering, and gives you the chance to develop networks with other students.
The Centre is a unique partnership between Solent Students' Union and Southampton Solent University and serves as the campus hub for volunteering. It empowers students to access, lead and develop career enhancing voluntary activities through key functions such as access to funding, bookable space and signposting to other opportunities.
